Want to take out some aggression and learn a new skill? Then boxing training may be a great way for you to get fit. You will learn the fundamentals of offense and defense from a trained fighter and have fun doing it. Boxing sessions will include mittwork and bodywieght exercise at a high intensity level, which is great for those focuse on burning fat. Boxing is also a greatway to workout without doing the conventional weight training. So come mix it up with some boxing lessons.
Kettle Ball Training

Corrective exercise is an approach where an assessment is used to determine specific weaknesses and/or limitations of the athlete. This assessment drives my personalized programming process, where a systematic and progressive approach is used to reduce the likelihood of injury and improve performance. During your consultation, you will go through an assessment to determine if corrective exercises will be implemented into your program.
Pre / Postnatal
Whether you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or postpartum, maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle is extremely important. Research suggests that exercise before, during and after pregnancy has a beneficial effect on both the mother and the baby. We will design a safe and effective program under the guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). We are trained to help moms with prenatal weight gain, postnatal weight loss, abdominal separation, pain management, pelvic floor strengthening and high risk pregnancies.
